01Can I just use my existing home PC instead of buying a new one?+

Fine for manual work with 20-40 devices — 16GB+ RAM is enough. But scaling to 100+ devices, a consumer PC's USB controller bandwidth becomes a hard cap. You need a system with many PCIe lanes and 64GB+ RAM.

02Why is a Xeon X99 build better than a brand-new i7 at the same price?+

Phone-farm workloads are massively multi-threaded. A dual Xeon X99 gets you 36 cores / 72 threads, 80 PCIe lanes, and 128GB ECC RAM for around 30k. A new i7 at the same budget is 8c/16t, 24 lanes, 32GB DDR5. For non-farm work the i7 wins, but for phone farms the Xeon is overwhelmingly better value.

03Do you offer installment plans?+

Yes — 0% installments for 3-6 months via participating credit cards. Contact the team to verify which cards qualify.

04Do you ship outside Bangkok?+

We ship nationwide — shipping is calculated by size/weight via insured carriers like Kerry/SCG. Remote setup via TeamViewer or AnyDesk is included.

05Can I supply my own parts and have Sikrid build and configure?+

Yes — assembly + setup starts at 5,000 THB (parts not included). However, we don't warrant customer-supplied parts — only our assembly work.

06Can I upgrade the spec later?+

Yes — the Xeon X99 platform supports up to 256GB+ RAM and you can swap GPU/SSD anytime. Contact us when you want to upgrade and we'll source compatible parts for you.
